ANNA M. ROULSTON, Esq.

Anna M. Roulston, Esq. earned her Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, as a member of the class of 2000. She attended McIntosh College where she studied Travel and Tourism and Business Administration. Attorney Roulston also attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York where she studied English Education. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Notre Dame College in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she graduated with cum laude honors as a member of the class of 1995. Attorney Roulston successfully completed the Kathy Roosa School of Real Estate in 2005. Her professional memberships have included the Women’s Council of Realtors, the New Hampshire High Tech Council, the American and New Hampshire Bar Associations, the American and New Hampshire Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Associations, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association. Attorney Roulston has participated on behalf of a former employer in membership activities for the New Hampshire Board of Realtors. Upon graduation from New England School of Law, Attorney Roulston, founded, owned and operated The Law Offices of Anna M. Roulston in Windham, New Hampshire where she practiced Probate Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Real Estate and Property Law. As her passion for real estate grew, Attorney Roulston specialized in Real Estate and Property Law. In 2004, Attorney Roulston founded Roulston Title Services, LLC and The Law Office of Anna M. Roulston, Esq. in Bedford, New Hampshire where she continues owning and operating the title closing company, conducting residential and commercial real estate closings, representing buyers and sellers in their cash and loan funded closing transactions, performing title examinations, drafting legal documents, and providing escrow services. Currently Attorney Roulston is providing all of these services to all of our valued clients at TransferATitle.com, LLC for residential, commercial and timeshare closings.

Diane Johnson

Administrative Assistant

Diane has over 11 years experience as a licensed real estate agent and Realtor. She has over seven years experience working in a law firm as a certified paralegal. Diane has been aiding in the closing of purchase and refinance transactions with local attorneys and nationwide lenders for almost a decade. She has acted as a title examiner, a certified notary public and a preparer of title insurance policies. Diane is providing all of these services to our valued clients at TransferATitle.com, LLC for residential, commercial, and timeshare closings.

Waika Arroyo

Office Manager

Waika has over 3 years experience as an advertising executive. She successfully completed the Kathy Roosa School of Real Estate in 2008. Her marketing and sales experience comes from her work with a worldwide property resale company. As a director of administration and a buyer specialist, Waika has acted as a liaison among property owners, sellers, buyers, real estate brokers and advertising agency. Waika currently aids in deed preparation, the ordering of title search information, estoppel requests and the updating and payoffs of property liens. She prepares final closing documents for signing, coordinates the signing of all closing documents, and orchestrates the recording of all closing documents.
