Steps to Open Your Account
Please NOTE that all account forms will need to be mailed in within 60 days of the account being open with original signatures. (Please no photocopies)
- Select and download the appropriate forms for your new account from below. If you are a foreign person/entity, please call 312-870-1500.
- Print and complete the account documentation. Please ensure you sign and date all appropriate areas on all applications and forms. If you are a non-US account holder, please ensure you complete the relevant tax form necessary for us to process the account.
- Fax or mail your documents to RCM Asset Management at the address/fax below. (Some accounts may require additional documentation. If you have any questions regarding the account documents, please contact an account representative).
